Displaying Current Song

Up and Running with no problems on Shout Cheap. So far very happy with the way things are going.
I do have one small problem I would like to overcome. So far I am unable to display the current song being played.

I am am using edcast v3
the metadata is updating on it
but not being seen down the line.

any ideas on this one?
