How our billing options work
You can choose the billing schedule that matches your budget and how confident you feel about your station. Every option gives you the same reliable ShoutCheap streaming, the difference is how often you pay and what discount you receive.
- Monthly billing, pay once per month, maximum flexibility, ideal if you are just getting started.
- Every 3 months, one invoice every quarter, convenient if you do not want to think about billing every month.
- Every 6 months, pay for 6 months at a time and receive a small discount compared to monthly pricing.
- Every 12 months, pay once per year and receive our best discount, perfect if you are committed to growing your station long term.
Whichever option you choose, there is no contract term you are forced to complete. You are paying for a recurring subscription, not signing a long legal agreement.
Upgrades, downgrades and changes
Radio stations grow and change over time, so your hosting plan should be able to change with you.
- Upgrade anytime, if you need more listeners or a higher bitrate you can move to a bigger plan at any time.
- Change billing interval, start monthly and later switch to a 6 or 12 month plan if you want to take advantage of the discount.
- Downgrade when it makes sense, if you no longer need the capacity of a larger plan you can move down to a smaller plan at your next renewal.
If you plan to upgrade or change your billing interval, just log in to your client area or contact support and we will help you adjust your plan.
What happens if I cancel
You are free to cancel your service at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long term obligations.

- Your service will remain active for the period you have already paid for.
- After that date your server will be closed and you will not receive further invoices.
We want you to stay because you are happy with the speed and reliability of our streaming, not because a contract forces you to stay.

Your server and AutoDJ content will be removed after your account is closed. If you want to keep backups of playlists or media, we recommend downloading them before your cancellation date.
